Dance off! The National Portrait Gallery through to round three!

When you work at a museum, anything is possible. Just take a look at this video from The National Portrait Gallery.

This video is the NPG’s submission to’s international dance off between arts institutions. This morning I spoke to Tegan, one of the driving forces behind this video, here is the interview.

After beating New Zealand in their version of Fancy (see video below), The NPG is through to the third round where they will go up against either Reynolda House in their version of Footloose or Indiana State Museum who took on the hugely popular song, Happy by Pharrell Williams.

So Canberra, let’s get behind The NPG and make sure that you keep an eye on their Twitter feed (@NPG_canberra) to know when voting is open for round three!
